Our large and experienced implementation team has a sound understanding of the cloud environment alongside a deep technical knowledge. With a best-practice approach to implementation, our customers can be confident of receiving expert advice and superior support throughout the project. Our aim is to have smaller customers live within one month of starting the project and all customers live within three months, so users can enjoy the benefits of the new solutions as soon as possible.
We have a well-honed methodology for project delivery, which is customised to meet the unique requirements of individual projects. This methodology spans across the project - right from pre-sales through to successful implementation, change management and customer adoption. Customers have complete visibility of the work in progress, budget breakdown and achievement of project milestones via a Project Dashboard - based on the scope, assumptions and deliverables detailed in the Statement of Work.
