Howard Kennedy Grants iManage Work Support Contract to Ascertus

Ascertus to play key role in helping firm realise strategic IT roadmap

London, U.K., 29 January 2018 – London-based business law firm, Howard Kennedy, has awarded the contract for iManage Work Product Management system support services to Ascertus Limited, a provider of document and information lifecycle management solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments. Ascertus has also been contracted to upgrade Howard Kennedy’s 400 plus iManage Work users in the firm’s London Bridge office to the latest version of this next generation document and email management system, in 2018.

Clive Knott, IT Director at Howard Kennedy LLP, explained the firm’s rationale for this move, “In addition to good account management and accountability for support services, we wanted a technology provider who could take on a consultative role in helping us realise our strategic, five-year vision for technology adoption. Ascertus met these criteria.”

The firm’s vision includes adopting technologies that will enable the firm to become more agile in order to meet the fast-evolving needs of its clients and respond to wider changes in the legal market. The iManage Work upgrade that Ascertus will deliver to the firm next year is instrumental to this strategic technology adoption initiative at Howard Kennedy.
