London, U.K. – Ascertus Limited, a provider of document and information lifecycle management solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments, has appointed Karen Hogan as Senior Account Manager to support the function across the company’s corporate legal customer base. This appointment further bolsters the account management function; enhancing the focus, attention and importance that Ascertus places on customer service and care.
Taking on the role of relationship manager, Hogan is responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the high standards of quality across the life of projects at customer sites. She is also working with customers to ensure that they achieve the best possible return on their investment from the solutions that Ascertus provides to them. Often this means helping customer organisations widen the deployment of the document and email management and related solutions across other business functions and departments. It also includes helping them to understand the options and benefits of adopting or moving applications to a Cloud environment.

Hogan has over 20 years of international experience in the enterprise software industry, including the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. She has delivered in project management, account management and sales and business development roles, holding positions in organisations such as Hummingbird and Recommind (both now part of OpenText) and Ochresoft, to name a few.
