London, U.K. – 17 January 2018 – iManage, the company dedicated to transforming how professionals work, has named Ascertus Limited its ‘EMEA Cloud Partner’ for 2018. Ascertus won this award following thorough evaluation of the iManage partner community performance, based on a broad variety of business, technical expertise and sales criteria. Ascertus provides information and document lifecycle management solutions to professional services organisations and corporate legal departments.
In addition to bringing in the largest number of deals for iManage Cloud among all the partners across EMEA, Ascertus successfully implemented the greatest number of customers live on the platform. As recognised by iManage, this is down to the company’s technical knowledge, understanding of the cloud environment and a customised, best practice‐led approach to configuring the iManage Work document and email management system in this environment.
Elaborating on the reasons for granting this accolade to Ascertus, Joe Combs, Channels EMEA Director said, “With their experience of the iManage Cloud, Ascertus can move quickly to bring new clients online and give their users rapid access to an industry-leading product management platform that they can rely on to help their clients succeed.”
In 2018, Ascertus played a key role in facilitating a positive shift in mindset towards iManage Cloud in the legal industry. Through successful customer deployments, Ascertus has demonstrated the benefits of implementing iManage Work in the iManage Cloud to law firms and corporate legal departments alike – across users, senior business executives and IT personnel, who historically have been reluctant adopters of best-of-breed document management systems.
“We are delighted to receive this accolade, two years running,” said Jon Wainwright, Sales Director at Ascertus Limited. “We have invested significantly in staff and training to ensure that we have the most current technical expertise to deliver iManage Cloud, but more importantly to support customers in their cloud journey. This includes account management, which is essential to ensuring client satisfaction. We continue to strengthen our position as the ‘go to’ technology partner for cloud implementations in the information and document lifecycle management space in the legal sector.”
The Ascertus business grew over 100 percent in 2018. Additionally, the company has aggressive growth plans for 2019, including increases in head count, customer base and overall revenue.
